Neurosphere
Neurofeedback-based mindfulness products across mobile, web, brand, and hardware.
Neurosphere is a Berlin-based startup building mindfulness products powered by real-time EEG neurofeedback. A textile headband reads brainwave activity and turns that signal into audio feedback through a companion app.
I joined to improve the product experience and help shape a broader ecosystem around neurofeedback. My work grew from UX on the existing product into product direction across mobile, web, brand, and physical touchpoints.
I worked on:
- Mobile app UX and neurofeedback feedback flows
- Product research, including qualitative and quantitative studies
- Web platform and marketing website, including payment flows
- Brand direction, visual identity, tone of voice, and print materials
- Early hardware experiments around how EEG signals could translate into meaningful user feedback
The project taught me a lot about designing under real technical constraints. The experience had to respond to noisy, imperfect live data while still feeling clear, calming, and trustworthy.
It was a small, fast-moving startup environment with a lot of experimentation across product, brand, and hardware.
